How do I determine the correct size for my Kimono?
Please refer to our detailed size chart located on each product page. Our gis are designed with a specific cut; if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up as some natural shrinkage may occur after the first few washes.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. For limited edition 'Drop' items, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing due to high volume. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package departs our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unwashed, unworn, and brand new items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition releases may be subject to 'Final Sale' terms as specified at the time of purchase.
How should I care for my Shoyoroll Gi to ensure longevity?
We recommend washing your gi in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using bleach and do not tumble dry on high heat, as this can damage the fibers and cause excessive shrinkage.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your sizing and shipping address before completing your checkout.
