Returns & Exchanges

At Shoyoroll, we stand by the quality of our premium jiu-jitsu gear and offer returns on unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition releases and kimonos that have been laundered or used in training are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all kimonos, apparel, or accessories are folded neatly in their original bags with all tags attached to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
